Customer always give feedback about the immersion heater tube explosion phenomenon when it is working.

4. High temperature magnesia powder will be used in the heater element as high level quality. Working temperature of high temperature powder need to be less than 800 degree , but some design of the surface load is very large (that the power per meter is big in the hot zone), once the dehydration dry, temperature continues to rise, will soon reach above 1000 degree , this will lead to magnesium oxide powder burning; In the long run, the insulation performance of magnesium powder decreases, resulting in electric leakage explosion tube.
